Its so important to tap into your what your body is telling you. Its something I firmly believe in. And also battle to do sometimes. Its not as easy as it sounds.
Society today celebrates being busy, hustling, over exercising, perfect everything but really this is not ideal and nothing is worse than beating yourself to the ground, not taking a break here and there and your health forcing you to take a break. Don’t let it get to that.
Listen, consciously to what your body is telling you. Take a break if you need, have a nap instead of grabbing that extra coffee to squeeze a few more work hours in (SO guilty of this) Its all going to back fire in the end, we are not machines.
Its important to note that everyone has different tolerance levels and everyone will respond to stress differently. So this is really something you need to figure out yourself to find YOUR ideal balance to be the best version of yourself.
DO YOU. Challenge yourself to be the best version of YOURSELF always x
