Number 3 & 4, is on my highest priority list for a reason! And something I always work on with my clients. All the focus is on Number 1 & 2 and is often seen as the only option, last resort, and has to be strict and rigid. This is far from the truth. If you are doing all the things, eating right, exercising and still struggling with your health, struggling to lose weight, struggling with your mental state. Perhaps its time to prioritize Number 3 & 4.
