We´re more likely to feel overwhelmed and anxious, unable to keep things in perspective. Thus making daily life harder than it should be. When we already perceive life as hard and unmanageable, what are the chances that you’ll be taking on making changes in daily habits as well as adding in daily movement and preparing better meals? Almost zero. That’s why mindset and perspective is so important.
A lack of emotional fitness (something I teach on in my 1:1 premium coaching) puts us in a chronic state of stress. In a chronic state of stress, you can’t make the kind of choices and stick to them that will have a direct impact on any body goals.
